The RADI Flu-SC2 Ag Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunoassay intended for the qualitative detection of influenza virus (type A and B) and SARS-CoV-2 antigen in nasopharyngeal swabs from individuals.
This test is for in vitro professional diagnostic use and intended as an aid to early diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection and influenza virus infection in patient with clinical symptoms with SARS-CoV-2 infection and influenza virus infection. It provides only an initial screening test result. More specific alternative diagnosis methods should be performed in order to obtain the confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 infection and influenza virus infection.
The RADI Flu-SC2 Ag Rapid Test detects and differentiates between influenza virus antigen (type A&B) and SARS-CoV-2 Antigen from respiratory samples.

Insert a sterile swab into the nostril of the patient, swab over the surface of the posterior nasopharynx. Withdraw the sterile swab from the nasal cavity.
Insert the swab into an extraction tube. While squeezing the buffer tube, stir the swab more than 5 times strongly. Remove the swab while squeezing the sides of the tube to extract the liquid from the swab and screw the filter cap tightly onto the tube.
Apply 3 drops of extracted specimen to the specimen well of the test device.
Read the test result at 15 minutes.
