As KH Medical welcomed the start of 2026, we gathered together in Okinawa, Japan, to meaningfully close the chapter of 2025 and begin a new year with renewed energy and purpose.

This company-wide workshop was not simply a scheduled event, but a thoughtful pause—an opportunity for all of us to step back, reflect, and reconnect as one team.

The year 2025 was a period of continuous challenge and growth for KH Medical.

In a rapidly changing global environment, our team faced complex tasks and demanding responsibilities, moving forward with dedication and perseverance.

Often, we advanced quickly from one milestone to the next without the chance to fully reflect on how far we had come.

The Okinawa workshop offered us something essential: a moment of rest—one step back to prepare for ten steps forward.

Surrounded by the calm ocean, open skies, and warm atmosphere of Okinawa, we were able to temporarily set aside our daily roles and titles.

In doing so, we met one another simply as colleagues and partners sharing the same direction.

The relaxed setting encouraged open conversations, genuine laughter, and heartfelt appreciation for the efforts each person has made throughout the year.

At the heart of this workshop was communication and connection.

Free from formal agendas and rigid structures, we shared thoughts, experiences, and aspirations in an open and natural way.

Through these conversations, we were reminded that KH Medical is not defined only by products, projects, or numbers, but by the people who build it every day.

Listening to one another strengthened our mutual trust and reinforced our sense of belonging to a shared mission.
